If you have any additional questions please feel to contact us!
What ages do you accept?
We welcome children from 6 weeks through 12 years, with classrooms designed to meet the developmental needs of each age group.
What are your hours of operation?
Our Center is open Monday through Friday from 6 am to 6 pm. With the exception of special Parent Night out Programs which usually run 1x/ month from 6pm-10pm
Do you provide meals and snacks?
Yes!
We provide nutritious 1 meal and 2 snacks daily.
Menus are shared with families in advance, and we work with parents to accommodate allergies and dietary needs.
Children are also welcome to bring their own lunches.
What is your child-to-teacher ratio?
We follow (or exceed) state licensing requirements for ratios to ensure each child receives individual attention, safety, and support.
What security measures are in place?
Each family and staff member is given an individualized code to enter the building. Once a family or staff member leaves us their code is removed from the system which revokes theirs access to the building.
How often do you communicate with families?
We believe in open communication. Families receive daily updates through our parent app/communication logs, including notes about meals, naps, learning activities, and special moments.
Families are welcome to ask their child's teacher any questions they have as well about their child's day.
How do you handle naps?
Infants follow their individualized sleep schedules, while toddlers and preschoolers enjoy a quiet rest period each afternoon.
What is your approach to discipline?
We use positive guidance, redirection, and problem-solving strategies to help children learn self-control and social skills in a respectful and supportive way. If situations arise we will bring behaviors of concern to the attention of families and partner together to come up with a plan to address concerns.
Do you go outside every day?
Yes, weather permitting! Outdoor play is an important part of our program for exercise, exploration, and fun.
