About the Little Twinkles Room

Our Infant Classroom (6 weeks–12 months) provides a warm, nurturing, and safe environment where babies can grow, explore, and thrive. Teachers focus on building secure bonds through responsive care, individualized routines, and plenty of cuddles. The classroom is designed to support early development with tummy time, sensory play, music, and opportunities for movement. Each child’s schedule is tailored to their unique needs for feeding, sleeping, and play, ensuring consistency between home and school.

Diapers and wipes are included with your tuition.

Individualized Schedules

We understand that every infant has their own unique rhythm for eating, sleeping, and play. In our classroom, we follow individualized schedules that are created in partnership with families to best support each child’s needs. Teachers work closely with parents to learn daily routines from home and maintain consistency at school. We adjust throughout the day to ensure children are fed when hungry, rested when tired, and engaged when alert. This approach helps infants feel secure, supports healthy development, and builds a smooth connection between home and school.

Daily Updates

We provide families with a detailed daily report to keep you connected with your baby’s day. This includes information about feedings, diaper changes, naps, and any special notes about your child’s mood, activities, or milestones. Our goal is to ensure you always know how your little one is doing and to support a consistent routine between home and daycare.

Introduction to Sign Language

To support early communication, we introduce infants to simple sign language in our daily routines. Using signs for common words like “more,” “milk,” and “all done” helps babies express their needs before they can speak, reducing frustration and building confidence. This early exposure encourages language development and gives families an extra tool to connect with their child at home and in daycare

Developmentally appropriate music, art, and sensory exploration

Our infants enjoy developmentally appropriate music, art, and sensory activities designed to spark curiosity and creativity. Through singing, rhythm, hands-on art, and sensory play, children explore new textures, sounds, and movements while building early cognitive, motor, and social-emotional skills—all in a fun, age-appropriate way.
